Gobar Gas Plant
& Organic Compost

At Shri Mataji Gaushala we are operating a biogas plant of 1350 cu.mt. capacity wherein around 30 40 tonnes of cow manure slurry is fed daily, the bio-gas is then purified and used in power generation of 193Kw, which is currently be used for electricity requirement of gaushala.
The output of biogas plant is anaerobically digested slurry (around 60 tonnes per day) which is further mixed with aerobic microbial culture for complete decomposition. The product is well composted desi cow manure. This has given terrific results on field trials in farms as well as kitchen and home garden. The quality of compost is surpassing best of the specifications in this category

Some of the benefits of these products are: -
-
Odourless, hence no smell even in indoor applications
-
Rodents and flies are not attracted to the digested residue.
-
Provides all macro and micro nutrients to the plant
-
Organic nitrogen will be hydrolysed to ammonia nitrogen.
-
Improves water retention capacity in soil
-
Rich source of organic carbon

Ghan Jeeva Amrit
We are a leading manufacturer of Ghan JeevaAmrit which helps us in increasing the number
of already available microbial in fresh cow dung of the Indian breed cow, by using fermentation
process.

Fresh cow dung not only contains nutrients for plants, it also contains millions of soil friendly
microbes. When they are fed well, they multiply. And when you feed the soil with these
microbes comes alive. They not only improve the structure of the soil; they also start to break
down the available nutrients into a form that can be easily taken in by plants. The process
of making Ghan JeevaAmrit is basically a process of increasing the number of already available
microbial life in fresh cow dung of the Indian breed cow.

Gau Dung Ash
Ash is primarily composed of Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorous, and Magnesium trace amount of Iron, Sodium and Zinc. Potassium (aka potash; it's the K in N-P-K) does not easily move through garden soil in solution as nitrogen does. For this reason, potassium must be raked or dug in within the target plant's root zone.
WHY USE ASH?
Ash aids in making strong, husky plants. It also helps a plant's resistance to cold and heat stress and diseases. The calcium raises the soil pH, which makes nutrients available to plants that prefer alkaline soil. (Softwood doesn't make as good firewood as hardwood and in general has about a third of the nutrients.)
Uses of ash is
-
Neutralize acidic soil: - Always maintain pH of garden soil between 6.5 to 7 unless want acidic fruit
-
Ash contains upto 70% calcium carbonate CaCo3 and can be used as a substitute of lime
-
Can be brewed to prevent or correct potassium defensives.
A light dusting of gau dung ash on the lawn can help promote greener pastures then do apply water so that it doesn’t blow away
